Playfab API blocked due to high number requests for title E890B / How to urgently resolve it?
For our game title, API is blocked. And we have demo to show to investors ... :( it is very bad situation.
We got email message from Playfab: I wanted to make sure you were aware that we’re seeing a highly excessive number of calls to your title E890B in the PlayFab service. We may have to throttle or even block your title if this continues, so we’d appreciate it if you would have a look (as it appears to be from testing automation). It looks like your game clients calling GetEntityToken at a massive rate – that’s specifically the issue. If you expand the view to 7 days, you’ll see the overall pattern would seem to indicate a steady increase of these calls over the last few days. Right now, you have clients trying to hit that endpoint at a rate of just over 20,000 times per minute.
We are not sure where is the problem and how to unblock API?
