How much Titles I can make with Pay-as-you-go Plan?

Hey!

I have a question about Titles.

How much Titles I can make with Pay-as-you-go plan?

I need to make even 1-10k Titles so is it possible with this plan?

If yes, what is the price for 1 Title?

Error which I'm getting if I want to make more than 10 Titles.

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

It's only in the free tier that you're limited to 10 Dev Mode titles.

But question: Why would you want to make 10K titles, exactly?

I'm making reward app for shops in one app, it depends how many shops would be interested, I want to be sure that my app can be working for even 10k shops.

Like 1 shop = 1 title, 10k shops = 10k titles
