I want to create a private chat for friends. I made friends connection through PlayFab. How can I make a chat between these users?

You may use shared group for near-time chatting, please refer to Using Shared Group Data - PlayFab | Microsoft Docs.

However, if voice chating, real-time chatting or any other advanced features are required, please refer to Azure PlayFab Party overview - PlayFab | Microsoft Docs to implement party feature in your project.
