Do you mean if other memberships of this group will be removed or not after the group is deleted by the administrator? If so, yes, the other memberships of this group will be removed too. And as our API reference – Delete Group said, the request of deleting group will delete the group and all roles, invitations, join requests, and blocks associated with it. If you only want to remove one member from the group, you can use the API RemoveMembers.
