local HTTP server connection refused only with domain name, help ?

I'm trying to run that local HTTP server for testing, but the connection is refused only when i try to access it with the domain name i made in the HOSTS file, while accessing by the IP adress works, so i don't get it ... please help

I believe the domain name for the local network should be “localhost”. May I know the error details you were getting? And, could you please share the reproduce steps for this issue so that we can investigate further?
