Can we trigger an email alert on a metric like Payment velocity changes or thresholds are hit for our title?

Does playfab have a mechanism to trigger an email alert if payment thresholds are reached or velocity changes happen for our title? Do you support other systems like alerts on playstream counts, etc? Is there an add on for this?

I take it you mean on a per-user basis? Looking for fraud or similar issues? We're very interested in hearing from our community on what kinds of things they'd like to see in PlayStream going forward. If you've got ideas for things you'd like to see as built-in features, can you post them to the Feature Requests forum, so that everyone can vote on them. We do plan to offer more targeted capabilities like this, but we'd very much like to get everyone's feedback on which of all the possible things we could be doing would be of most benefit.

Im interested in a per title basis for live operations. We'd to understand if a new version or content release of our game could affect key metrics so that we can react to it quickly. Or if a new release broke things.

Ah! Yes, we've had a few discussions internally on this very subject - providing alerts to titles based upon changes to specified KPIs. This is something we'll be working to add to PlayStream in a future update, but we'd be very interested in getting your feedback on the specifics of the kind of things you'd like to be able to alert on. If you have other examples, feel free to post them here - we'll make sure this is captured for our planning discussions.
