May I know are you trying to cut down the player amount before migrating to the new pricing model?
Just heard from the engineering team, the size of that segment of players you were trying to delete was too large and therefore exceeded the allowed size. A workaround for you would be splitting the players into multiple smaller segments and run Schedule Tasks with those.

but how big a segment can be? 1M? 100 000?
I can see that your last run worked and is currently in progress, so, 2M per segment should be fine.
Our title also has a scheduled task that no longer works correctly.
At the time of execution, there were 3 players in the segment, but after the task is executed, the number of affected players is displayed as 0.
