Hello, why do I get a 404 error when I open the GitHub link for the Unreal Engine 5 playfab plugin. Thanks? https://github.com/PlayFab/UnrealMarketplacePlugin/tree/master/PlayFabPlugin/PlayFab
Hello, why do I get a 404 error when I open the GitHub link for the Unreal Engine 5 playfab plugin. Thanks? https://github.com/PlayFab/UnrealMarketplacePlugin/tree/master/PlayFabPlugin/PlayFab
I can’t reproduce your issue. I downloaded the unreal engine 5.3.2 in the client’s Library. Then I successfully downloaded the PlayFab SDK. So, you may try to uninstall the client and unreal engine and reinstall them.
May I know how do you get that link? You can find the Unreal Engine 5 playfab plugin in UnrealMarketplacePlugin/5.0/PlayFabPlugin at master · PlayFab/UnrealMarketplacePlugin · GitHub.
Thank you for your response. However, I have Unreal Engine 5.3.2, and when I try to install the regular PlayFab Base SDK on the Epic Games Marketplace, it says "not available." I understand this is not the PlayFab GDK, but I need to install the basic SDK first, and then proceed to install the GDK.
I get the link from the official Playfab Documentation. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/gaming/playfab/features/multiplayer/servers/server-sdks/unreal-gsdk/
Ok, I will try to download the SDK from GitHub and install it into my Unreal Engine 5 source. Do I need to run the 'BuildWin64.bat' file before the installation? There is nothing mentioned about it in the readme file. Can I simply copy the PlayFab folder and paste it into the plugins folder in the Unreal Engine 5 source, and then build it with Visual Studio 2022 again? Or do I need to consider something else?
