Xbox Playfab login error

I'm porting a game to Xbox that is already working with playfab, but I'm not able to log in to the consoles, I've tried several ways: XUserGetTokenAndSignatureUtf16Async LoginWithXbox and LoginWithCustomID

im just attach my code !

and i never enter in the first if HR error code = -2147024809 and in the else case ... LoginWithCustomID returns SSL ERROR
