Multiplayer server usage error

Hi when I got to my dashboard and click multiplayer and click on total usage I get the following error:

GetTimeSeries failed for metric 'th_core_count_max' (30d240g). Message: No data available for requested time window.

How do I fix this problem?

I reproduced this error in a Title that never used the Multiplayer Server service, but since I never used the service, this error is normal. If you are not the case, please provide your TitleId for us to research.
