Quick April 2020 update: In the new pricing model, all titles have the higher limits listed below, and we'll be monitoring to see where we can increase them further.

[Edited: Updated to include limits for Entity and Group feautres, and updated the date.]

[Also edited to clarify Indie tier.]

Additional: First, please note that the Indie tier and the Professional tier have the same limits. When you hit 100K MAU in the Indie tier, you automatically convert to Professional tier. Basically, Indie tier is the Pro tier, but with no service level agreement (SLA) or private support, and only for titles under 100K MAU. These limits are also the base for any Enteprise tier agreement, though Enterprise contracts are custom and can include higher limits.

No, you're not missing anything. We'll be posting an update shortly with more details. In the short term, here are the key differences as of May 26, 2018:

Pro and Indie tier can use our tickets support. Free tier support is via the forums (hard to expand the team to account for additional one-on-one time where we have no revenue).

Some other key differences:

Economy: Catalog (3000 items in pro vs 250 in free, 1500 inventory items in player accounts vs 100)

Statistics/Leaderboards: 300 vs 25, prize table ranks awarded (1,000 vs 10)

Cloud Script: Execution time (10 seconds vs 4.5 for Client/Server API-initiated handlers), API call limit (25 vs 15), script size (1M vs 50K)

PlayStream-triggered Cloud Script: API call limit (5 vs 3)

Live ops: User segmentation (100 segments vs 10), action triggers (100 vs 3), A/B tests (25 vs 1)

Analytics: Event history (30 days vs 7), event body size (10K vs 1K), task processing speed (100 processing units per second vs 10), concurrent tasks (5 vs 1)

Tasks: Number of tasks that can be created (25 vs 5)

Data: User/Character (300K vs 10K for the Value size, 10 Keys vs 5), Title Data (1M vs 20K for Value size, 1000 keys vs 50), Shared Group Data (300K vs 1K for the Value size, 10 Keys vs 5), Title Data (1M vs 20K for Value size, 1000 keys vs 50)

Entities: Title/Publisher Objects (10 vs 3 objects, 2K vs 1K size), Player (Title and Master)/Character/Group Objects (5 vs 3 objects, 1K vs 500 bytes size), Entity Files (10 vs 1 count - all Entity types, 50TB total storage vs 1GB)

Thanks for update Brendan. With the new pricing system, does the limit for number of currencies you can setup from "Economy" change?

The limits listed above for the Pro tier are the default limits for all titles in the new pricing system, even if they're still in Development Mode. For virtual currencies, it's 10. If you need more than that, let us know by opening a ticket with our support team and we can work with you on that.
