Question from a developer:

I just signed a user (player account) in, but I'm not seeing it in the Recent Players list in the Game Manager. Why is that?

As soon as a player account has been created, it can be queried in the Game Manager via the Search functionality, or via the associated API calls (GetAccountInfo, GetUserCombinedInfo, GetUserAccountInfo, etc.).

The Players tab can take upwards of 20 minutes to update. The data in that list is powered by analytics which are ingested by a periodic update to Amazon Redshift - a process which normally takes around 15 minutes.

Good news! We've recently updated the Players tab to eliminate the delays in getting the list of players for your games. We'll be removing the "Delayed up to 20 minutes" statement from the page shortly, as going forward this will always have the latest info on players who've logged in most recently.
