Dear Sir/Mdm,
Our user is reporting issues with resetting their password.
Internally we've just tried it via Players -> Master player account -> "send password reset email" -> Save all changes.
The email gets sent but clicking on the link https://player.playfab.com/account/resettitlepassword?token=<the token removed for security> it results in a page that shows
"player.playfab.com is currently unable to handle this request
HTTP ERROR 503"
